Plyometrics sessions are killers! My knees hate them and yep, climbing stairs the next day is usually a bit of a hassle!
Do you have like a tournament you play in for Scottish unis? We have our selection tournament on Sunday and a game vs Abertay before that so trying to stay injury free. I have no idea how they're enjoying married life actually! Seeing as I'm never home lol. I'm sure everything's super! Xx
